Product information
Website descriptions, claimed specifications, images and download files are provided for initial sourcing review. Final specifications must be confirmed in the approved sample, specification sheet, artwork and commercial agreement.
Quotations and orders
Website content is not a binding quotation. MOQ, price, sample timing, production lead time, packaging, payment, delivery and warranty terms are confirmed for the selected model, configuration, quantity and destination.
Compliance documents
A certificate image or logo does not prove that every product configuration or destination market is covered. Buyers must request and review the exact document set applicable to the final product, battery and charger.
Intellectual property
BAIFEI branding, original website content, product photography and supplied documents may not be copied or represented as another company's material without permission. Buyer-supplied marks remain subject to the buyer's authorization and responsibility.
Changes
BAIFEI may update product information and these terms as the range, documentation and website services change.
